The American Heart Association’s HeartSaver First Aid CPR AED course covers how to perform CPR skills on adults, children, and infants. Additional skills covered include using an automated external defibrillator (AED) and choking. First Aid topics include medical, trauma, and environmental emergencies. This class is for participants with limited or no medical training and who need a course completion card for their job or other requirements (teachers, daycare providers, senior care centers, coaches, river-raft guides, or foster parents, etc.)
The HeartSaver certification is valid for two years and the cost of the book is included in the price of the class. This course is designed to meet OSHA requirements.

The price includes the cost of the Heartsaver manual. Please select a book option and course date, and then specify the number of students you wish to register and click the “Register” button below. You will enter the individual student information in the following steps.
The American Heart Association highly recommends that attendees purchase the manual for attended classes, and for purchasing the instructor manuals for the disciplines that you teach.
Electronic manuals are now available and the link will be emailed to you separately after you register. The electronic manuals will be stored on the AHA network under the bookshelf tab.
Physical books will be provided at the class or you can pick them up from our training center in advance.
