Cost: $94.00 | Length: 2 hours online; 4 hours classroom The First Aid portion is offered by a hybrid online format.The American Heart Association’s HeartSaver First Aid CPR AED course covers how to perform CPR skills on adults, children, and infants. Additional skills covered include the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) and choking. First Aid topics include medical, trauma, and environmental emergencies. This class is for participants with limited or no medical training and who need a course completion card for their job or other requirements (teachers, day-care providers, senior care centers, coaches, river-raft guides, or foster parents, etc). The HeartSaver certification is valid for two years and the cost of the book is included in the price of the class. This course is designed to meet OSHA requirements.

- Registration in advance of attending the class is required. Registration can be completed on our website by clicking on the REGISTER tab or speaking with our staff.
- The cost of the class includes an American Heart Association completion certificate which is valid for 2 years and is emailed to each participant after the class.
- RMCPR does our best not to cancel a class; occassionally classes are rescheduled due to low attendance.
- Class changes can be made 48 hours in advance of the class. If class changes are made in less than 48 hours of the class, a $20 reschedule fee will be charged.

The American Heart Association highly recommends that attendees purchase the manual for attended classes, and for purchasing the instructor manuals for the disciplines that you teach.
Electronic manuals are now available and the link will be emailed to you separately after you register. The electronic manuals will be stored on the AHA network under the bookshelf tab.
Physical books will be provided at the class or you can pick them up from our training center in advance.
